The SMA Hobo Tour made a stop through Lynchburg, VA in 1989. I am pretty sure it was summertime judging from the video. The skaters on this tour were Mike Vallely, Jason Lee and Jesse Martinez. This skateboard demo was put on by Bikes Unlimited. Frank Anderson, owner of Bikes Unlimited, had quite a few demos come through Lynchburg.
